Hello i would like to copy a Wikipedia WEB page to a WORD document so i can
add some more links and some a small documentation refernce, but when i copy
the page to WORD, alot of the formatting gets changed and rearranged.

Is there a tool that will copy the page to WORD and keep the original
formatting by any chance?

Thanks for any insights

Probably not. You can try saving that page to an .html file and then open
that file in Word. No guarantees that will work the way you want either tho.
Worth trying.

Hi Bob,

Assuming that reusing a web page is for personal use, then it can can depend on how the web page is laid out. In your example, a
Wikipedia page, the page layout uses scripting and some style sheet formatting that Word doesn't support to layout the page and it's
not set to be limited to a specific margin width. So you can copy much of the format, but not all of the page layout.
