Is there a good search utility for .cab files?

Is there a good freeware search utility for .cab files?

I know that I can search .cab files for a specific file using the
following method:

Click on the Start button and select Find, click on 'Files or
Folders'. Browse to the Win98 folder on the CD-ROM. Type *.CAB in the
Named box on the Name & Location tab. Type the name of the file you
want in the 'Containing Text' box and click on the Find Now button.

But this doesn't seem to work in all cases - and clicking on a cab
file in Windows Explorer to view the contents only seems to work at
the first level (a cab file within a cab file cannot be viewed)

I thought Winzip could view CABs, but mine can't.
