Is there a "Go To > Links" command hidden away anywhere in Excel 9

Im frustrated by getting the automatic update prompt everytime i open a
particular workbook.
In "Edit > Links", I can see what external workbook the reference is to, but
not what cell it is from in my workbook.

Any help would be hugely appreciated!
