How can I acquire Windows MUI?
The Windows XP/2000 MUI is sold only through Volume Licensing programs
such as the Microsoft Open License Program (MOLP / Open), Select, and
Enterprise agreement (or with a new computer as an OEM version at
customer request). It is not available through retail channels.

Why do you ask me these questions?
I write here because MUI for Windows 2000 is a Microsoft product, not
Google's product, and these are Microsoft Windows 2000 groups!

I ask you these questions for two reasons:
(1) A Google search on your name shows that you habitually ask technical
questions about a variety of details of a large number of applications
and a number of operating systems. You do this consistently in a number
of forums. The questions are such that I suspect you are someone who
cannot or will not go to product technical support for answers. This
suspicion is an interesting bit of derivative intelligence. If correct,
of course, there could be many explanations, some more savory than others.
(2) I notice you never hesitate to answer an answer with a further
question, no matter how simple the answer to0 this new question may be.
I also notice that (as far as I recall - I don't want to be TOO unjust
here) you never say thanks. This behavior pattern is pathological, and
that interests me.
So I keep asking myself "what is good old Dmitry really doing?"
And of course I want to see how long you'll keep responding in this
thread.

No, there is not. MUI exists ONLY in the following way:
- there is an _English_ Windows 2000
- now a corporation (see Bob's links) can buy corporate lisenses for
say Russian or German or French MUI that will change Windows UI to
Russian, German or French respectively - from _English_
There are no 'other way around' MUI
