Is the A64 3000+ (754) heatsink/fan good?

I'm planning on building a PC for a friend who doesn't want to do any
overclocking. I'd like to have a quiet fan that will also have enough
cooling to get the job done. Is the retail one okay or can anyone recommend
anything better (for a good price)? Thanks.

Retail is fine .. just make darn sure you put it in an
Antec case. Also, AMD says scrape old heatsink
compound off and replace it with new to prevent any
chance of the old goop gluing the heat sink to the cpu.
