Problem: Packets sent is around 90% of packets received
almost all the time
os: win xp pro
main urls used: some https and some http, outlook,
outlook express. no intranet communication, only internet.
packets sent: 13601; packets received 15235
after doing outlook express "receive all" command
packets sent: 15065; packets received 17188
difference sent: 1460; received 1953
There was no other activity; Can some one explain why
packets sent is so close to packets received. Is someone
picking stuff off my computer? if so how can i find who
and where is it going to and what is it that is going?
Is this a security breach and how can i stop it?
Norton says there are no viruses. Adaware and spybot
(updated) used every other day to clean up.
