Is RDP installed by default?

2 pcs in network. A cannot RDP to B, but B can RDP to A. Even though the box
for allowing remote users access is ticked in system/remote, is it possible
that the software is not loaded on B? Eventually I want to be able to RDP
remotely to both PCs. At the moment I can RDP remotely to A using standard
port 3389. I've setup modem to forward 3389 to A, and 3390 to B. I've
modified B's registry to listen on 3390. Even locally on A I cannot RDP to B
on 3390.

You have to be running XP Pro on PC B in order to be able to remotely
access/control that PC using Remote Desktop. Is that the case?

If it is have you configured the XP SP2 Windows Firewall, or any other
personal firewall software, to pass TCP Port 3390 on PC B?
