Is Not Null Not Working

I recently upgraded at work to 2002 from 97. I am getting
very squirrelly behavior from 2002, including my most
recent bug...outer joins to another table with "Is Not
Null" in the "outer" table not working. Or, working
intermittently and I can't figure why. I've actually
compacted and repaired AND THAT HAS MADE IT
WORK...sometimes. Arrgghhh! Why did I have the guys in
IT upgrade me! Help please. Am I nuts?

We're not there, so we have no idea what your SQL statement looks like.
Please post it for more meaningful suggestions.
