currently i have a few game's and got a new computer with windows XP
my problem is some program's and game's now give me the "<insert exe file> is no valid win32 aplication error"..

what do i do about it?!

There are two main causes for that error:
1. Attempting to install a 64 bit application on a 32 bit
computer...get the 32 bit application.
2. Bad download...download the application or clean the CD and drive.

Assuming you are trying to say that is designed to work on 32 bit
computers which the overwhelming majority of home users have, did you
see the second point of my post?

Also, what did the application manufacturer say when you asked about
your problem?

their exact response to a detailed tech support e-mail was
this game does not support windows xp

Then unless you can get it to work in Compatibility Mode, you may need
to buy a newer version.
Right click the icon
Click Properties
Click Compatibility tab.
Try various options there.

Also see if you can locate other users to find their solution.
