Is it time to replace printer? Canon S300 not printing

My Canon S300 bubble jet appears to have died. When I try to print, it
acts like it is printing, but the paper that comes out is totally
blank. I've replaced the cartridges (both color and black inks) and run
all the maintenance operations (nozzle check, head alignment, cleaning)
and nothing seems to work.

Is this a sure sign that I need to buy a new printer or is there
anything I can do?

It's only about 3 years old.

Thanks v. much in advance.

If the heads aren't clogged, time for a new one.

1. Clean the printhead see
http://www.nifty-stuff.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=63 more more helpful
details
2. Buy another printhead "QY6-0037-000" (I believe) about $50 search
on amazon.com
3. Buy another printer, you can get your self a spiffy all in one
model that takes I believe the same BCI-24 inks for $100ish... the
mp130. There was an ip1500 or ip2000 which fetched about the same
price as the printhead. Or go with the ip3000/ip4000/ip4200 at $80 to
$120.
