Is It Safe to uninstall IE?

Is it safe to uninstall Internet Explorer and then reinstall the same one?
My Internet Explorer somehow got messed up and now the pictures won't load
all the way, they load halfway and then it just stops and I also can not use
my printer in Internet Explorer, it works fine other wise.

Yo can't uninstall IE. If it was an upgrade yo can uninstall the upgrade
and it will return you to the previous version.
