is it possible to write to CD using win2000?

I know in WinXP you can interact with the ICDBurn interface. But are
there MSDN API's to Windows 2000 for writing to CD?

Any information would be great!

AFAIK IMAPI is only available for Windows XP and newer. You may want to use
one of the commercial APIs such as those provided by Nero, for example.
