Is it possible to view pictures smaller in IE?

I have a user that has shortcuts to pictures on our
website(intranet). The pictures are much larger than the
screen resolution is set for, so only a portion of the
picture is seen. Scroll bars must be used to see the
rest of the picture.

Is it possible to resize the picture, or the view of it,
in Internet explorer. If this is not the case, then is
it possible to change a setting that will allow, say
Paint or some other viewing program, to show the picture
instead of IE.

Thanks in advance.

I saw that one and tried it and it did not help. It
worked on my pc at home with pictures that were larger.
It stopped making them fit in the window. However, same
OS here at work and for other users, XP SP-1 IE6.0 all
updated from MS. Still doesnt work. Any ideas as to why
it might not?

Thanks again for the quick reply.
