Is it possible to view non-Outlook folders (ex my documents)?

Hello,
In the older versions of Outlook you could view other folders (using it as
windows explorer). I don't seem to find this option. Is it possible in
Outlook 2003?

No AFAIK......
 
no, that feature was removed from outlook 2003 for security reasons.
