I've recently gotten a large high-res display, and would like to be able to
do a screen capture of my PP slideshows (using Camtasia Studio 3) on less
that the full 1920 x 1200 pixels. I know I can change the display resolution
to something less before capturing the screen, but if I could make the
slideshow only use a portion of screen instead, that would be more convenient
than changing the monitor resolution back and forth, which messes up my
desktop arrangment. Anyone know if this is possible?

You can use 1/4 of the screen by holding down the Ctl while clicking on the
Start SlideShow icon (not F5). This is not very flexible, but very useful
when testing a show.

Thanks very much! And by the way, I tried holding down the control key while
clicking the Camtasia plug-in record icon in Powerpoint, and it launched the
slideshow recording in 1/4 screen mode. I think this will solve my problem.
Thanks again.
