is it possible to set a reccurence N hours?

I want to remind myself to take medicine twice daily.
The only way I can figure it out is to set two recurring reminders, each a
daily event.

It would be nice to be able to set just one reminder that happens twice
daily.
 
I don't think you can since, as you've seen, Outlook focuses on daily things
not hourly ones, typically
