Is it possible to monitor how many times a word occurs in a docume

Hi all,
Another question from me, is there a way in Microsoft Word to find out how
many times a specific word occurs in a document without physically searching
for it? I know there's a tool for it in Adobe Acrobat, but I can't convert
the file every time I want to look up a word. Can anyone help me out?

Do Find and Replace: look for the word and replace it with itself. You'll
get a message box telling you how many times the word was found.
