Is it possible to make only have a page a locked form?

I have form that I want to be locked but I also need the bottom to be open so
that I can paste macros. Is there a way to get a form to allow you to past
macros or a way to break up a page so that only a portion is locked.

not really sure what you're trying to achieve. What kind of macros do
you want to paste???
