Is it possible to have several Inboxes to keep individual email a.

I would like to keep several email accounts so that the email from each of
them goes into a separate inbox.

Is it possible to do this either in a single version of Outlook 2003, or in
multiple versions if neccessary?

You can either use rules to move incoming messages to separate folders based
on the mail account they were received by, or you can create separate
profiles for each account...but you have to close and restart Outlook to
switch profiles, so that makes that option less convenient.
