Is it possible to detect storage card insertion?

Is it possible to detect when a storage card (SD, CF etc) is inserted into a
PPC? What I am after is some type of an event being fired. I don't want to
rely on the presence of an autorun program being present on the card.

Hi Bob,

I don't know the specifics, but there are some registry settings you can
make that will fire off an application when a storage card is inserted. Do a
bit more searching and I'm sure you will find it.
