Is it possible to combine excel and powerpoint to insert a drop d.

I am trying to devlop slides that can be downloaded from a website. Ideally
each slide could contain a drop down list that allows each of my stakeholder
organisations (300+) to insert their performance figures from the drop down
list. Does anyone know if this is possible?
