Use the Filename Field, this is found under the Insert Field command.
Hope this helps

That's a valid way of manually creating it every time you need it. If you
would rather add the footer to the Building Blocks gallery for two-click
access, do this:

Click Office button > New. In the dialog, on the left under Microsoft Office
Online, click any of the categories. Click in the search box at the top
center of the dialog, type in the word Filename, and press Enter. You should
be offered a template labeled "Building Blocks for inserting File Name and
Path in the Header or Footer. Select that template and click the Download
button at the bottom right of the dialog.

The document that opens after the download contains instructions for copying
the header and footer into your local Building Blocks storage. From then on
the header and footer will be available in the galleries on the Insert
ribbon.
