Yes, if a bit tediously. PowerPoint's not designed to be a CAD program, so it
doesn't have any built-in features for this sort of thing.
You'd need to draw the dimensioning using lines, arrows and a text box.
Once you have one done the way you want it, group and dupe it to create the
others you need, then edit them as needed.
Another approach would be to copy the drawing from PPT into a CAD program or
drawing app like Corel Draw that supports dimension lines. Add the lines there,
then export to EMF/WMF and bring the whole thing back into PPT.
In addition to Steve's advice, you could use the 3d toolbar as long as you
2d drawing is vector based. That si, you ungroup it and turn it into a
drawing object, or it is an autoshape.
