Is it possible for a database admin to log users out of multi-user

I am wondering if it is possible for an admin to log other users out of an
Access database when exclusive access is needed and the other users are out
of the office? If so, how or what do I use to do this?

If you're an admin...you should have admin rights to their computer. Log on
to their machine. Even though their computers are locked, if an Admin logs
on it closes all applications they may have open. Do that to everyone who
has the database open and you've got your exclusive access. Please remember
to back up your database before making changes to databases that are live.
Hope that helps.

I believe there are a couple of utilities written to do just that. The
name kickthemoff comes to mind. I never had to use one since I could check
who was on and just go to their desk and manually kick them. :-)
