Yoshita,

Txt is possible when it is a good comma seperated file confirming the
settings of your culture, for the other ones you whould in my opinion forget
it. For a grid there have to be structured rows and columns.

Of course can you use depening on your file the text and the rtf box.

Is it possible to place files(.rtf,.txt) into datagrid control.
i want to display files in that grid control. Is there any control in vb.net
