I just added a up grade on my computer...including a new hard drive and motherboard and upgraded chip...as well as memory......I just put on about 15 of the updates at once...is that a problem? If so what should I do about it? I did seem to have a problem when I put in the nvdia driver for my video card as it seemed to want to change the nvidia card in my motherboard (asus a7n8x-x)....but i managed to get that sraightened out for now........
but nowI am afraid to install the updated drivers from the Nvidia site. I did install one set of driers from Nvidia which were the ones recommmended on Microsoft updates but those drivers were from october ....the ones from december caused the crash. It seemd to take out my whole connection with the internet and when I reinstalled the drivers from the motherboard that seemed to correct the problem. Have you any information about that? What should I do? It does seem to be working now....although a couple of times I tried to type using my key board and was unable to do so...I had to reboot to be able to type....wierd? LOL...so is all this stuff related?

Usually updates/patches/fixes that require a reboot will tell you that when
they finish installing themselves. Beyond that, you guess is as good as
anybody else's.
