Is is possible to send a file direct from Access?

I am generating an xls output file with a macro from Access, is it possible
to send this file direct to an email address with the same macro (that is,
from Access also) ?

Thanks, it works great. I do have one more problem with it. I am using
Access2002sp3 and Outlook 2003sp2 ... when I email the file from Access I
get an Outlook message "A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on
your behalf, Do you want to allow this ?"

It there anyway to give a YES reply automatically ?
