Don't know if it will cause popups, but it is widely considered a nuisance
and I wouldn't touch it. There's really no need for it or Hotbar or other
stuff like that.....
My view is that if you use Incredimail, it puts mail out in HTML format.
This then puts your expectation on your correspondents that they will
need to turn on HTML to read your email. This then puts them at risk
when they inadvertently open HTML mail that has components which
compromise their security or privacy. It just seems polite and *the
right thing to do* to not do anything which causes your correspondents
to compromise their own security and privacy expecially if it is easily
fixed by not expecting them to use HTML email.
