Is Expression Builder available in Access 2000 .adp?

I am doing an Access 2000 adp with a SQLServer 7 back end.

I can't open the Expression Builder, am I missing something?

Its a pain isn't it? Microsoft in their wisdom elected to
remove the builder when you use ADP. Apparently you can
get a version of this from somewhere as an add-in...
