Is executable file dgnhld.exe legitimate?

Running Windows XP. Everytime I signon the to the
computer, the file dgnhld.exe tries to access the
internet. Norton Security does not allow direct access
and suggests blocking the transmission. Is this file a
legitimate file or could it be spyware?
