Is Automatic emailing of IP address possibe?

Goood Morning
Since my Internet Provider wants to invoice me ?19,95/month for a fixed IP
address I'm forced to stick to a dynamic IP and was therefore wondering
whether there is any way of programming my computer to email me its new IP
address everytime my provider changes it?

I regularly use Distant Desktop to connect to my home computer and often
cannot connect because the IP has changed since my last connection

Any ideas?
