Is Access 2003 Filter By Form hotfix (in KB 894787) included in SP

Is it ?

I believe I need this hotfix and I would like to download it without
calling support. It came out before Office 2003 SP2 so I would have thought
it was in 2 and/or 3, but I don't see the problem listed in the issues fixed
by those service packs.
I will, of course, try installing SP3 and hope the problem is fixed (if
it finishes downloading...) but I would like to ask if someone can tell me
if it is supposed to be in the service pack in case the problem _doesn't_ go
away and I know I need to keep looking.

If you have any other news about your experience with Filter By
Form failing for data in a subform in Access 2003 where it always worked in
2002 or 97, I would be happy to hear that too (...did you have to do
anything else after getting the fix installed? did you make a successful
workaround at some point?)

Unless there has been some announcement of which I am unaware, Office 2003
SP2 is still in Beta, and any discussion of it in this public forum would be
in breach of the NDA.

If you're in the Beta, I suggest asking this question in the private Beta
newsgroups.

No, I'm not beta testing...just testing my sanity at why features would
be removed in the newer version. In the light of day, I see I must have
been looking at 2003 and XP updates at the same time since I kept Office XP
and I didn't get XP sp3 yet.
I guess I get to risk burning my support call on a Hotfix.
