Is a Normal Sized Screen Possible? Help!!!!

Hello!

I've just started to try and learn how to use a PC and I have a problem with
MS Outlook 2003. I mistakenly "clicked" on the "Full Scree" button and now
the command lines that were once on top of the screen have disappeared.

Can you suggest a way for me to change the screen size FROM FULL SCREEN to
whatever a "normal sized" screen is?
