System crashes during operation. Blue screen comes up
with the message "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". What does this
mean? Better yet, what is the fix?

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your cards/hardware. Something is
trying to access a memory location and it can't get there. When you install
new drivers, disable your virus scanner software - don't forget to enable it
again when you've installed. Hopefully that will fix it.

I haven't installed anything recently. Just started
getting the error. I will remove the last hardware and
software installed. Thanks for the reply.

If it's a Dell, you probably have bad RAM.
