IRQL is less than or equal too

I am running win 2000. At most random times, my computer
stops what it is doing and goes to the blue screen of
death, and says IRQL is less than or equal too then it
says it is dumping the pyhsical memory to hard disk,
counts to 100 and then restarts the computer. I think that
it has to do with the network card being bad, but i am not
sure and i have no idea how to fix it. What do i do?

start by taking out the network card and see if the computer crashes without
it. If it still does, that would rule out the network card as a problem.
