IRQ Madness

Suddenly my Video card, USB 2.0 devices and Sound Card and
have jumped to higher IRQ's than are possible. Radeon VE
on IRQ 16, USB are all on IRQ 21 and my sound card is on
IRQ 22. Surely there is something amiss. I even did a
fresh install of XP Professional and still the devices
landed on those IRQ's. I hope someone can assist me in
this matter.

It's called APIC(Advanced Programmable Interrrupt Controller) and allows the
use of a greater number of IRQs. Windows 2000 and Windows XP often place
several devices on the same IRQ. If it's working properly, leave it as is.
