Irish Language Pack Difficulty

-Irish Language Pack as found on

I am trying to install it but I can never validate it!! I have a 100% legal
copy of windows, and microsoft Genuine Advantage verifies that, but the
language pack (.msi file) will never let me install it. To show what I am
saying I have two images showing the errors below:
