I lost my infrared connection of some reason. Now the
device is not reacting to my cell phone with ir. When I
take a look to services I can see that Infrared monitor
is not able to start, that because of the file is not
found. Which files I have reinstall and where to put
those files?

Have you tried reinstalling the software? Also, if this is a recent issue,
you might try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when
you had this problem. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System
Restore.
