IPX broadcast from PC

i have a PC here that seems to be broadcasting IPX off of 2 NICs
how can i find out if that is true - and remove the IPX ?

Look on the NIC properties of the (each) Network Card.

You should find the IPX protocol bound in the list (along
with other things such as IP, Microsoft Client etc.).

If you do and do not wish it then just remove it from (every
one of) the NIC(s).
 
You would check network properties to see if ipx/spx compatable is installed
or if the Netware client is installed which would also load ipx/spx.
Uninstall the protocol and/or client
