ipv6 in compact framework

I have a question. I've changed in teh machine.conf file, and I've habilted
ipv6: <ipv6 enabled="true"/>.
But, when I call to
IPAddress.Parse ("2001:800:40::XXX");
In the debug tell me, that the address is incorrect.
Which can be the error?

AFAIK there's only .NET FC 1.0 SP2.
