how can i install ipsec or ipfilter on xpe

I'm not sure about ipfilter, check the component help for these two found by
searching the xpehelp.chm for "ip filter":
- Internet Protocol Network Address Translation
- IP Router Monitor Library

Try these two components for IPSEC and check the component help associated
with them - good information there:
- IP Security Services
- IP Security Tools and User Interface
