I have 2 machines with Windows XP SP 2. I'm trying to create an IPSec policy
that encrypts ALL traffic between the two machines. I setup matching
policies using a Preshared key however even though they show that they are
making a Security Association in Main Mode the traffic is not going through.
The XP firewalls are disabled. Please help.
