So what it actually do?

It accepts recursive DNS queries from local clients such as web browsers and mail transfer agents. It collects responses from remote DNS servers. It caches the responses to save time later when you look at the same page again.

DNSflush clears this cache

So you did something that you don't actually know what it does?

I suggest you stop playing with your PC if you don't know what your doing....
