iPAQ hx4700

Our application keeps failing on this particular product, but works on
everything else we have tried. Does this product have a non-ARM processor,
and so require a different .cab file for the builds?

No, it has ARM processor just like all PPCs from 2002 and above. There's
been an issue with new iPAQs resolved in CF SP3:

- Unexpected exception while adding an image to an imagelist on an Hx4700
and hx4705.
