IP protocol 47 not found on netgear FR114P???

Hi all,
Part of vpn behind router set up is to enable the pptp1743 and IP protocol
47. I could find the inbound and the outbound rule for PPTP1743 on my
netgear FR114P, but not the IP protocol 47 in-outbound rule.
Would vpn need both PPTP1743 and IP pro 47? I got 733 error code and I
have no idea what the cause is.
Help please.

Hi,

I cannot answer your question about configuring the Netgear router, but I
did want to point out the PPTP requires TCP port 1723 (not 1743) and GRE
(IP protocol 47).
