ip conflict(urgent pls)

i m a member of a network.after finishing the startup
process a message is displaying in my computer that "ip
address conflict with another computer".how can i find
and troubleshoot this problem.i m unable to open a
network software

How are IP addresses being assigned on the network? If by DHCP or a
hardware device (router, switch, etc) check the address table and see who
else has that address, if addresses are assigned manually you'll have to
assign a different address to the problem computer.

We are using a router and a switch.where will be the
address table.

Most likely on the router. Get the IP address your computer is trying to
assign itself, then check the router's client table to find out which other
PC or device has the same IP address.
