Hello,

how to create Remote Access Policy to assign specific IP address to specific
AD group for dial-up clients?

Create a remote access policy for group-based access for dial-in connections
as you would normally (using Wizards).

Then, click Edit Profile on the Settings tab of the remote access policy,
click the IP tab, click Assign a Static IP Address, and then type the
address.

All of the members of the group that dial in will receive the configured IP
address.

On IP tab there is only "Client may request an IP address" option in "IP
address assignment policy", but no specifying which one.

Is it that you mentioned ?

Create a group in the Computer Management MMC for the dial-up clients.
In the RRAS MMC, right click on the Remote Access Policy, select New Remote
Access Policy.
Go through the wizard and create the policy for a dial-up client.
Once the new policy is created, select the policy in the right pane of the
MMC, and right client and select Properties menu.
Select Edit Profile.
Select the IP tab.
You could select
-Client may request IP address, in which case the statis IP needs to
assign at the client end in the following steps
After creating the connectoid in Network Connections folder on the
client do the following:
1. Go to Properties of the connectoid - Networking tab
2. Select Internet Protocol TCP/IP - Click properties
3. Check the box for "Use the following IP Address" - and enter
the IP address

-Assign a statis IP Address, in which case all the dial-up clients in
this group will get the IP provided here.

Thanks,
Sharoon
