I have run the Network Diagnostics in my computer and the Pinging of my IP
Address has failed. I do not know what to do to correct this.
I am trying to create a wireless network in the office and I believe this is
creating a conflict with one of the computers.

thanks

Open a command prompt window (Start > Run > cmd), type this command,
then reboot and see if the problem is fixed:

netsh winsock reset catalog

If that doesn't help, the problem could be caused by a firewall
program that's improperly configured, or by a firewall program that's
been partially, but not completely, un-installed.
