unplug the machine. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Hello
I would recommend doing an intense virus scan and sweep
for adware causing a conflict
www.spysweeper.com>>>it is free

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/q
244/7/80.asp&NoWebContent=1
this is all I could find about it
Hope This Helps
Jim
