Invoking "control userpasswords2"

Dear Users,

There is a way to invoke "control userpasswords2" from Windows GUI menu,
insteads of the "command shell"?

Charles,

Create a shorcut for that command and place in Start Menu / Quick Launch.
You may even add it to Control Panel, by editing the registry.
